"Other items in order shipped quickly. Several weeks before rework station shipped despite product page showing in stock. Good price and I didn't need it immediately so it wasn't a problem. Bought some swabs and brushes to test and was overwhelmed with the selection. I think some curation is needed. I ended up buying two identical brushes without realizing. Only difference is the brand printed on the handle. Curation needed."

"Had wrong purchase made needed to return and order correct purchase, but was told I would be charged a 20% restock fee , I called TE and they told me they couldn't do anything because the re stocking fee was from the company that shipped me my product ,,, Well I called that company and they said the re stocking fee was not from them and if I still get charged to have TE contact them . So who would you believe ?
Until I receive confirmation on my return and NOT being charged 20% , that will define if I ever buy anything from your company again "
