We received the online order on August 26th at 7:09 PM but could not process and ship it until the following day as we close at 7 pm.
Our system did send an automated email to the address provided for order confirmation on the 26th at 11:00 PM and another email with the tracking on the 27th at 11:14 PM when we confirmed shipment.
I am guessing either the email address was entered wrong or the emails got moved to your junk/spam folder.
