"I purchased an Iwatsu 6 1/2 digit DMM (VOAC 7602) at an incredible price. This DMM is the same as the Yokogawa DMM 6500. The DMM is comparable to the Keysight 34461A but eclipses it with many additional features. It has one really nice (among many) features: you can set the continuity test threshold anywhere from 10 ohms to 1000 ohms. You can also set test limits high or low for any function. Great meter, great price."

"I ordered a Protimerter online and I failed to see that your AUTO suggestion feature was turned on and it went to another location.
I know I made the mistake by not seeing this but, no one in your customer service can adjust the shipping address or contact FEDEX to get the item released to me.
That is just amazing!!!!
I cannot believe your company can not and will not do anything to assist with this matter.
This is poor customer service and I know stupidity on my part for missing the error.
**Out of the blue customer service called me at expressed they were sorry about the situation and that their policy was to protect me the customer so that someone else can not except my package. Not sure this applies here but, they are sending out another at no charge to fix my mistake.
