"I needed a battery pack for an electrical meter/oscilloscope that was an older model. I ordered the battery. Because I just listed the model number and the part number for a battery I didn't know that the battery pack for the same model had changed by the manufacturer at some point and the batteries where not compatible with each meter. I had no idea that I could have ruined my meter with the incorrect battery. I received an email letting me the possible problem and provide more information so the right battery could be sourced. They got me the right battery, reasonable price and quick shipping.
