I only received a order conformation but never got a tracking order. I waited about a week, and never heard about my item being on its way. I emailed the site, and they said it might have gotten lost, so they issued me a refund. I did not ask for a refund because I really needed the textbook for class and just wanted to know if it had been shipped and if there was a tracking number available. Do not waste your time here and try a better textbook site. I did not receive a full refund. "
