"Terrible experience. I purchased a used book from textbook rush which ALREADY had handwriting in it. After the semester when I attempted to sell the same book they refused to buy it back for the fact there was handwriting in it.

Even though it is obvious the writing is from multiple people, and multiple semesters, and the book is still completely good for use, the book was refused for "illeglible" markings in the text.

It is absurd that a book your company sold me with writing in it from at least two previous students was refused when the time came to sell back.

I emailed the company and explained the same issues. They didn't care.

Total waste of energy mailing it in the first place, and total waste of time dealing with this company. "
