I also like that I can select my class to find the required books and that it keeps a history of purchases. The history of purchases prevented me from buying a duplicate book unnecessarily when I had bought one ahead of time, then adjusted my schedule so I didn't end up taking the class until much later. I also like that it will tell you when you already own the book for a class (my courses sometimes use the same reference book for multiple classes).

Cons: The descriptions of items (especially non-required items) is poor. You have to already know what it is you are buying or go shopping for the item on another retailer's website, then come back to purchase."

However, it seems that the item has been lost in postal transit as you have not received this item. We apologize for this postal mess. We take a full loss for this lost item on ourselves." There has been no response after the initial one when they said they were at fault. I was supposed to receive this book no later than 5/20. Ergodebooks hasn't responded to my request for a refund in over a week."
