"We ordered a front side panel for our car. We received an emailed receipt, the item was delivered promptly, but it was the wrong part. We called and called, and were supposedly sent to a voicemail to leave a message. However, the voicemail sounded like dead air, and we have yet to receive a call back. We aren't even asking for money back. We just want the right part. At this point we are feeling ripped off and left with a part we can't do anything with. "
"I ordered parts online. They weren't delivered the first day. A gentleman called and let me know they weren't going to show up. They then were supposed to come the next day between 9 and 1. I called at 1245 to make sure they were still coming. He said in 45 min. An hour and a half later I called back. The guy who answered was rude. I explained I could not take another day off of work to wait another day, like he wanted. Finally at 250 the driver showed up.Crappy customer service! You guys could have done better!"
"Do not order from this company. STAY . AWAY. If there was an option for zero stars I would give it to them. To start off, I ordered a shield to protect the bottom of my car. I wanted to cancel the order, but was unable to get into contact with anyone or find a "cancel my order button" on their site. I looked through their website to figure out how to return the product, but was unsuccessful. I then tried to call for a month to return the part (probably 8 times throughout the month) without receiving a call back. They finally got back to me, but were still unable to complete the easy task of sending me a return address. The customer service is horrible. Still have yet to return this rather expensive part."
"I ordered a fender from them and it arrived dented. I contacted them multiple times and could never get through to anyone. I left messages and never heard back. I ultimately had to bite the bullet and just have the dent repaired. I would not recommend them at all. "

"I was happy and excited to find the part I needed for my 1999 f250 on their website for a good price however the part received was for a 1999 Silverado. Not a large issue but when you call for their customer service department THEY DON'T EXIST AND DON'T CARE TO CALL YOU BACK AFTER THROWING YOU INTO A UNWANTED VOICEMAIL. Oh well, I'm disputing their charge with my credit card company and will not pay for their mistake. BE VERY CAUTIOUS purchasing from this company!!!!! "
"So ok, i was kinda wary with all the random reviews, some good some bad. all i know is i paid the exact same price for the item i wanted at other places like summit or carid, but i only paid $50 for shipping where as the other "more name brand" guys were charing $150, oh not to mention they dont charge sales tax. so i saved over $100 on my purchase and got it FRIEGHT shipped in 3 days. they obviously lost money on the transaction but who am i to complain? i got what i wanted and really quick to!
Oh and to add, yeah their customer service seems to be non existant. i sent them 2 emails, 1 asking about if a part would be in stock and the 2nd one about the fact that their search feature only goes back to 1971 and they sell parts older than that. no reply on each. i suggest if you are going to order parts from them you have the exact part number cross refrence with a few other websites to make sure it is INDEED the right part. worked for me no problem. "After ordering my part I never recieved any kind of tracking number. I emailed them 4 times and called over 10 times but never got a reply and no one ever picked up the phone. Very bad customer service! But I gave them 3 stars because even though they never replied out picked up my part was delivered in 5 business days and it was exactly what I ordered. Still I would recommend ordering from a place that knows how to pick up a phone call or atleast email u back! "

Turns out they just forgot to send the e-mail, as my order arrived just three days after placing it. It was the correct part and fit on my vehicle no problem.
