I specificaly stated that I wanted the few small parts I bought shipped in a small package to reduce shipping costs I would have to pay at Bongo (another scam business) They shipped the parts in two large, empty boxes which cost $100 to ship vs $38 if they had just listened. I contacted them and they refused to take any responsibility - all I can say is keep away. I've dealt with other dealers in the US like Autohauz and they are much better"

"Stay away from these guys. I ordered a part and gave it to my mechanic to install. The mechanic installed it, but it didn't work so he had to swap it back with the old part (That by itself cost me $100). When I contacted customer service they were rude, and said all parts are tested before shipping, and therefore they will charge me 'restocking fee' of 15% if I return it. This is a great way to make money - selling broken parts, and then charging 15% to 'restock' them. I had a feeling that I was dealing with junk yard people. "
