"This is our first time buying cabinets online. The RTA website works well and they give very detailed information with regards to order status, shipping confirmation etc. I would give RTA 5 stars on their performance. The cabinets are not the quality I was hoping for, I am remodeling a laundry room so these cabinets are ok but I would never order them for a kitchen. Every cabinet I received has some type of defect, from warped sides to areas without finishing, chips etc. Nothing I can't work with as many time it is on what I consider the back of the cabinet. Just a small assembly tip, have glue and clamps, without the large pipe clamps one cabinet would have been unusable due to warping of the side panel. Again will they work, yes, are they top quality, no. But if I was after top of the line cabinets I wouldn't be ordering online and assembling them myself. RTA though was great to work with."

"I researched several online cabinet options and chose the RTA Store. I requested multiple door samples and they were shipped quickly. I dealt with Ryan when I was making my final selection, and he was very accommodating. I placed my order, and the delivery guy (who delivers cabinets for a living) said these cabinets were much heavier than the ones he usually delivers to new construction homes! I ordered the pre-assembled version of the Artisan Walnut Shaker Cabinet and when we opened the boxes, everything was solid construction, excellent condition, and look like super expensive cabinets!
