"My designer Jessica Nauert was awesome! She’s skilled and patient through last minute modifications and many emails. Very professional and prompt. The RTA store is as well ran as any business I’ve ever used. This put me at easy for a large total kitchen order haul. If you’re a little bit handy assembling the cabinets will be one of the easier parts of remodeling your kitchen. Included instructions and videos could be better. But I 100% recommend and think they’re one of the best companies in the business. "

"The designer Kyla was great, the website functionality not so great. Very slow clunky and not really intuitive at all. Innability to see a detailed parts list on this last order kind off bothered me. I couldn’t confirm that I was paying for what I actually ordered. Just a total to pay. I questioned Kyla snd was told that the closet supplier doesn’t do this. I ordered 4 shelves how do I know I paid for 4 shelves of the correct color and size? If they come in wrong then we will start finger pointing. Not good
Product from our closet snd Laundry room were very good. Instructions not the best, very generic and help hard to find. Bottom line great product, process needs some tweaking "

"Misinformation was given which resulted in multiple redesigns. Then our designer left mid project and we had to start all over. Once the design was finally ready half of the cabinets we needed were out of stock. Our project was so delayed we decided to not proceed with the order. Very unhappy with the service "
