"They Cabinets came early, by about 5 days so I was very unprepared when the driver called me to give me 2 hours notice. But that wasnt on him. He was great, set the load exactly where I instructed. The cabinets came and were not damaged due to shipping, however, there was some damage to the base leg of the exterior plywood with paint and a veneer layer breaking apart. This was either do to assembly or packaging. I can cover it with a kick plate, but I will have to find a kickplate with the exact coloring. Otherwise, the delivery and unpacking process was smooth. "

"I started the kitchen cabinets design process by myself, which I didn’t mind, but later thought it would be nice to have someone figure this out for me when I was given the option again. My designer was a little helpful. I didn’t enjoy the process bcuz I couldn’t get constant and consistent help. I got one design email per day, of course nothing on the weekend. when I had questions, I had to wait until the next business day (near to closing time) Phone assistance was over a month for the appointment. Which was ridiculous. I ended up completing the process myself and placed my order before the sale ended. Well, a couple days later I get an email from the designer saying she took it upon herself to put my order on hold! Who does that? My money wasn’t put on hold! And then said it wouldn’t be removed until I emailed her that I understand if my order isn’t right I take responsibility for it. Huh? I ended up calling the company to remove the hold and ask that my order be processed. That procedure needs to be done differently. You shouldn’t be able to decide if a customer is ready to order or not. She could have asked if I was sure and then explained about putting the order on hold etc. I never experienced that from ANY company before. So four days later my order is off hold, and I emailed the designer as she insisted. If I had many months to place an order for this remodel maybe I would have just took my time with a designer, but that wasn’t my case and I told the designer about my situation when I got the first email from her. She told me, you can cancel this order and place it again with a future sale? Who’s to say how long before a future sale? And if I had enough time to wait for that. Which I don’t! But, I LOVE the cabinet sample I chose. I really hope I still love the entire cabinet/experience when my shipment comes. "

"I scoured the internet and local suppliers for cabinets for our kitchen. I finally found The RTA Store on line. They have a large selection of cabinets to choose from. I submitted my measurements and some photos of the kitchen to the design team. A person by the name of Rachel got back to me with some questions and additional information requests. I responded to her and she sent back a beautiful design in just a couple of days. After reviewing the design the lady of the house wanted to make some changes. I thought this would be a major issue but turned out not to be. The new design came back within a few days with no problems. Everything we done with this company has been nothing short of a pleasure. I received the cabinets within the time frame they told me and they are perfect. We had some very minor damage due to shipping. Their claim department was excellent to deal with and the issues have been resolved. I cannot praise these folks enough. They are a great firm to deal with '"
