"I started a MAJOR kitchen renovation pre-Covid and had been in a holding pattern for months - waiting for everything from appliances, materials, and labor to bring my vision of a dream kitchen to life. Enter RTA, and Quasia Brown, my designer who patiently put together not 1 or 2 renderings for me, but MANY. I placed my order on 03/21/22, and as things would have it, some cabinets in my order went on sale a few days later. I contacted Sales, explained my grievance, and received a response from Richelle Creelman (Phone & Live Chat Specialist) who promised to look into it for me. The next day, she was able to cancel my order, re-order everything, and refund $1,227.87 back to me. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE?! I cannot say enough good things about The RTA Store, Design Specialist Quasia Brown I was blessed to work with, and Richelle Creelman in Customer Service. I'm referring anyone who asks about my kitchen renovation to The RTA Store. Trust the process, be patient, and pay attention to those emails!"
