"I was disappointed that the CPAP Shop did not indicated that the item I ordered was out of stock and would have to be back ordered, until I had paid for the item. They could have had a notation on the product that it was out of stock, and would have to be back ordered. I might have ordered a different item, even a more expensive one, because I needed the item immediately.
However, they denied me that option, by waiting until I had paid for my item to inform me of the situation."
