"The lady from the CPAP store was very helpful! She had me send a picture of the broken elbow that was taped together with packaging tape. She found one for my machine--that is 10 years old. I had contacted my local CPAP store. They gave me the number of where I get my replacement supplies. Neither of them were interested in trying to find the elbow part for me. They both wanted me to get a new machine. There is nothing wrong with the one I have. New elbow fits. It does not swivel like the old one did but it works fine and I knew this before I ordered it. "
