"My experience with CPAP shop has been quite good.
My only commentary is on the cleaning & The items available to do this. Someone and since CPAP is in the business they should try and help those of us who don't know, just started with a machine on how to maintain or do daily, weekly, monthly, maintenance .
For example I had a cold and for the life of me I could not get rid of the cough ,until with much research found out about the So Clean, machine in my opinion this should be sold in tandem with any type of night breathing equipment . Just my opinion . I do realize this is more costly but what are the alternatives.
CPAP are the source . They are in the know. Help us help ourselves .

"I was very satisfied with the product I ordered and it all came together as ordered and the settings were correct to my specifications when received. I was a little disappointed that there was no where in the ordering process to add specifications in a notes section as to how certain features would be available or not- as need to be preset by the pharmacist. However when I called customer service they were able to convey my instructions to the pharmacist and it was received with the correct settings. I did think shipping was a little slow- a couple of weeks to arrive. For medical equipment you need to breathe free expedited shipping would be greatly appreciated- though I did have the option to pay for it. "
