"I have purchased a travel CPAP recently, and for some reason it was shipped with an arbitrary setting of eight. This in spite of my reassurance that my faxed prescription would be necessary before the settings were entered. When I ask how to change this after receipt, I was sent indecernable instructiins, and assured that he would be available to help with this when the time came. When I ask how this happened, I was told perhaps someone else had the exact same name ( and the exact same address, apparently). I then ordered a smaller mask, that was on sale, and told them I plan to use my points toward the purchase. As soon as we established the mask model. I was charged full price, and without the point discount. This appeared online, and required another call to clear things up. I was told it was not on sale(it was) and that points were applied (they weren't). It very much makes me wonder where the attention to detail is with this company. By the way, I am four days into the delivery of my travel machine, and no one was available when I called, after trying to follow the written instructions, and it will be another two days ( they don't work weekends) before anyone will be available to help me with my machine."
