All products I have ordered in the past were of good quality and met my expectations. However, order #100287702 has not met my expectancies. It is high priced yet flawed. The DreamWear Nasal Mask design is novel, the chin strap is soft against the skin, adjustable and comfortable. However, the Nasal Pillows, are useless. I tried each one of the 3 sizes to no avail. Air pressure escapes especially when I lay on either my left or right side. The nasal slot is uncomfortable, the edges do not mold themselves to the shape of my nostrils; it fails to seal the air flow like the air-fit pillows on my P10 mask. I have no choice but to return the whole contraption to the CPAC store. "
