But now they seem to really have flushed their standards down the drain. "I placed an order for a Xecuter 2.6 CE LITE w/LPC Rebuild, and a XBOX Integrated Command Center on 6/16/06. It took them 2 weeks just to process and ship the order. I received the XBOX Integrated Command Center on 7/3/06 but have not received the Xecuter 2.6 that i purchased. I have tried contacting them repeatedly with no sucess. The website is down. The last email I got they are closed for revamping and all outstanding orders will be filled shortly. It is going on a month since my purchase. I have contacted the BBB of Ohio and filled a complaint. I told them I want a refund for the product that they charged me for but did not ship, but they do not reply. Stay away from this site. I know it is not a business and a residential home with no contact numbers. They have previous complaints with the BBB in that are. So stay away!"
"Wow... add me to the list of unsuspecting victims of this crummy site. I placed an order on April 11, 2006 for a candy pink nintendo DS. I got my confirmation and notification that it would be shipped the following Tuesday. After countless emails and reassurances that this item was on backorder and would be shipped the following week, I still have no product. I have told them that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau to no avail. Now the site is down and I can get no information (address or phone) to give to the BBB. My payment was taken out when the order was placed also. This is the worst experience I have had online EVER!!"

I'm really hoping pacotis is not affiliated with this store as he is the only person to put in a perfect review for this store.
I like everyone else has had the same re-peated issues with this "company". I ordered a Progressive Scan VGA Box from him on October 25th. After re-peated phone calls and e-mails going unanswered, I phoned the BBB. I have paid for USPS ExpressMail ($19.45) and haven't even received a tracking number as of yet.
The website now reflects the same phone number for both FAX and VOICE. I phoned information to get the Voice number and was told the company doesn't exist and when I asked who the number belongs to I was told no one.
When I phoned the Police Dept in Elyria I was told that 310 Alexis Drive isn't even a buisness, that it's a residence and that would confirm that it's a one-man opperation and not even a company!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST DOING BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"

It seems this company has more than a few problems.
I ordered a pre-moddifed xbox on 12/26/04.
On 12/27/04 their website stated they were closed for the holidays, but answering emails, and will return on 01/03/05.
On 12/29/04 i received a email that my order has been placed.
On 01/03/05 i received a email that stated my order was shipped.
For 2 days i checked www.usps.com to find out when my xbox should arrive. The tracking number came up invalid both times.
I emailed them back on 01/05/05 asking them to confirm the tracking number. I received the following message:
"We are out of the Xbox units & are waiting re-stock. That is your
assigned tracking & you will receive an email again once the unit is
shipped."
Up until that point there was nothing stated on their website or through any of the emails that they were out of stock. Currently i am waiting on a date they expect to receive more stock.
I understand that they can not please everyone, and i placed my order over the holidays, but before my order was placed, and they grabbed my money from PayPal, i should of been informed they were out of stock. When and if i ever receive my xbox i will never deal with this company again.
PS Don't be fooled by some of the positive replies for this company becasue it is members of the company that are leaving them.

After 47 days of not getting anywhere and after at least 3 emails(during the last week) stating i would contact the Ohio BBB and paypal i finally did. 3 days later i received a FULL refund into my paypal account. To all that are having this problem i suggest you do the same. The SYSTEM works!"
"I have similar comments from other people. I ordered a Pelican G3 Pro Wireless controller from this store because the model that they were selling had a rumble feature and priced at $29.99. What I received was another Pelican wireless controller w/o rumble. This controller sells for $19.99 in stores. They substituted this one for the one that I ordered without my ok. I ended up calling the manufacturer who told that the unit was discontinued a year ago. So, I e-mailed Console Corner (because you can never get them to answer their phone and their mailbox is always full) and they replied to me to ship it back to them and they would send the correct one. We agreed that they would send me the Nintendo Wireless Wavebird instead since it is closer in price to what I was charged. So 3 weeks later, I still haven't received anything. Don't order ANYTHING from these guys! If I have a business trip near there soon, I'm going to pay these guys a visit. "
"I order a Compact Flash Cart 256MB from this site on Dec. 9 2004 and the next day (The 10) they gave me a confirmation number. On the 11 I check the confirmation number and it does not work. Same for the 12, 13, 14, until I email them on the 15 and tell them whats up about my package. Later at night, I recieve a email from them qoute

"I ordered a Nintendo DS from this company. They sent me an email stating that the product was shipped on 11/22/04 and gave me a tracking number. The number was checked via USPS and was found to be bogus.
I then called them, only to hear their answering machine say "MEMORY FULL" which told me they weren't taking care of other customer calls.
Next, I faxed them, requesting them to call me. No joy. I faxed again. No joy. I emailed again. This time, they said the Nintendo DS hadn't shipped yet; however, their first email said it shipped 11/22/04.
Next step, I emailed and threatened to contact the Ohio BBB. They responded and then threatened me with a 33% re-stocking fee - I NEVER EVEN GOT THE PRODUCT SHIPPED TO ME.
Now I am waiting to see what happens next. This has become the WORST online shopping experience OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.

1. They lied to me about shipping the item when they didn't.
