She was very friendly and professional and shipped the order the same day I called. It only took 5 days for them to arrive. (It normally takes 10 to get to Guam).

The filters were well packed and just as described on their site.

Later I returned 1 filter and the return process was easy. I just called for a return authorization and mailed it back.

"I ordered a prepackaged kit, which included a Hi-Tech graduated ND filter, and a Cokin P holder. The shipping was as advertised, but the fiter didn't fit the holder.

I emailed The Filter Connection, and waited over a three day weekend to hear back. In the meantime, I checked around and found a few people who had trouble with the Hi-Tech filter fitting the P Cokin holder (one had even purchased it from the Filter Connection and resolved the issue with them by getting a replacement).

On Monday, I receieved an email back from The Filter Connection telling me, essentially, that I was wrong and that it did fit. I wrote back to say that this was a completely inadequate response to my concern, but I've never heard back.

I ended up grinding down the filter myself, and now it fits.

Mistakes happen, and it's not reasonable to get too critical of a merchant when a mistake occurs. That said, this company did not take my concerns seriously and made no attempt to correct the mistake."

They do not always have the best price, but are very competitive on overseas shipping compared to outfits like B&H and Adorama. They have a great selection of filters, know their stuff, and the service is prompt, personal and courteous. They've always taken time to answer questions I've emailed them.
