"I ordered an 82mm Marumi Super DHG UV filter. They answered the phone quickly when I called with a question, they were courteous, the item was priced reasonably (plus free shipping), they shipped the item quickly, and it was well packaged. All in all, a perfect transaction. I have purchased filters from them in the past and I will continue to do so. One of the advantages of 2filter is that they are one of the few vendors in the USA that sell Marumi filters, which are really great thin Japanese filters with front threads that cost less than B+W or Heliopan, but offer equivalent quality glass. They are also a small business that appears to care about their customers. I appreciate this a lot."
"Seemingly they have every filter "in stock" on their website. This is "not" the case. I ordered several filters that were "in stock" on their site, but 10 days later, when i called, coincidentally they are "shipping today". Let's see if I get them when promised. GREAT JOB. Got the filters the very next day. Wish I didn't have to call to get this to happen, but, I am pleased with the out come bumping up from 1 star to 4. I have tried to edit the Stars several times, but it won't update. Reseller rating needs to fix the glitch!!!"
"I wasn't as lucky as some of the other reviewers with 2filter.com. I ordered a tiffen filter indicated as in stock on the site. However after I placed the order I did not receive any email from them for 4 days, I emailed twice to ask what's going on, with NO RESPONSE. I called on the fifth day, was told that the filter is out of stock (which they did not email me about), and that they will for sure receive next shipment in 2 days, and promised they will ship on the same day. So I continued to wait, on that day, I emailed again since I did not get a shipment email from them, they replied saying the shipment is delayed for another 5 days, and said they assume I want to cancel the order. (This whole time I think they just really want me to cancel the order cause they keep mentioning it, which is annoying). I said I'll wait at first, and thought about it, it's not worth the effort to deal with this company. I have to keep contacting them to find out the status, they did not make the effort to contact customers first.
I wish I had gone with bhphotos or adorama probably would have gotten my filter by now already. :(
DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT DEAL WITH A SMALL COMPANY LIKE THIS AGAIN.
My advice to you. If you don't mind waiting or potentially dealing with the headaches of contacting 2filter multiple times, i guess this company will get the filter to you eventually. You can go a head and make a gamble. However if you want a peace of mind and reliable service, go with a more reputable company. My past experience with these gambles have never turned out well. Save yourself some time and stress!"
"I ordered a set of Lee Filters and an adapter ring in late May, knowing perfectly well they were back-ordered at 2Filter (and everywhere else). I instantly received an auto-generated email confirming the order, and a few hours later a personal email confirming the backorder status. I was guessing it might be a 4-6 month wait before I saw my filters. A rep from 2Filter called in mid-August to say they had the filters but not the exact adapter ring I'd ordered. She suggested a substitute, which was fine, and the order was processed.
The order was well packed. My only complaint, and it's minor since all has ended well, is that it took 11 days from the time my credit card was charged to receive the order (in Arizona). Also, the 2Filter website indicates that orders are shipped via USPS. In fact, I received mine via UPS. UPS often won't leave packages, so I prefer to know when they're coming. Shipping would have been a non-isssue if 2Filter had notified me of the shipment, and provided a tracking number.
In all, I'm happy to have received my order much sooner than I expected. I won't hesitate to order from 2Filter again."

"I have lived in NH my whole life and was looking for a local place to buy a camera filter and some accessories. I went directly to their store and they have a very large selection of products. It was a little confusing at first being new to photography, but the customer service was great and they really helped me in understanding and choosing the best filter. I had never heard of Marumi before, but I purchased a Marumi 58mm Super DHG protect and love it! I also bought a variety of filter cleaning supplies. "So I still haven't receive my order and it has been a month. They initially emailed me telling me that the adapter ring was on back order and should come within the week. Two weeks later I email them because I haven't heard a thing from them. I get an email saying it will arrive tomorrow and ship the same day. One week later still nothing. I finally call and find out that they finally got the ring, but it isn't a real cokin adapter(which is what I am paying for) and that the hard line GND filter is on back order...which was never mentioned. Needless to say I haven't been too impressed with their customer service. We'll see what the product is like when it ships...if it ever ships.

As you can read by the comments of the Filter Connection they have taken every measure to remedy the issue and maintain their integrity. I received my order and all is now well and they have convinced me of their effort to have great costumer service. I will definitely be a returning costumer."
"I have ordered from them 5 or 6 times. No notification of backordered item delaying shipping, item left out of order, etc. It is a nightmare to find stuff on their website. And finally, I returned a $350 order that was delivered to them 4/8 and called today 5/4 about not receiving a credit. They said it was processed 5/2 and I should see it shortly. This sounds strikingly familiar to another review here... you have to call to get them to refund your returns.

Right from the outset, Andrea advised me that some items were on back order and if I was prepared to wait for the stock, they would send it to me freight free (to Australia). I was also given a choice of freight options and prices for the available products. I received the initial order as promised, well packaged and in good order.
