"I ordered a KRUPPS GVX1 Burr Grinder. The box was damaged on one side, the contents were not properly seated in the box so that the box lid was not closed.

When I took the grinder out of the box, it was covered with dirty fingerprints, the plastic wrapping was sitting on top of the device, not around it (indicating that it had been opened), and one of the essential pieces was missing - item 6 - the ground coffee holder.
