"Service was fine, but the product I ordered, a replacement blender blade, was actually bent when it arrived, not due to shipping but looks like it was an error in manufacturing. Honestly I did not feel like going through the hassle of returning it, and I needed to use it rather than wait for it to be replaced. It is sturdy metal and very sharp so it still works fine even though the one blade is incorrectly positioned... I just use it for smoothies. But it is a little disappointing to know that the quality control is not as good as it should be."
