"My first experience using The Gourmet Depot. Our 1970s Cuisinart chopping blade bit the dust just after Thanksgiving! This was the only site with a new blade that I could find (there were some used ones on ebay). I initially had some questions that were not clear from the website (there were 2 blade options) so I called and they were immediately very helpful and knowledgable even though the product was so old!
