"Music Zoo sold me a Fishman Loudbox rechargeable amp...WITHOUT A CHARGER! MusicZoo maintains that since the item was used and "unboxed," I should have assumed that there would be missing parts. Nowhere in the Reverb listing did it indicate that the charger for the rechargeable amp was not included, when they could easily have done so. I negotiated a mutually agreed upon price over a period of two days. Not once did the seller let on that he was selling a rechargeable amp...WITH NO CHARGER. In fact, the product was listed as "excellent." Had the seller been truthful, he would have listed it as incomplete and unusable. Finally, I would like to point out that I am a longtime Reverb customer who has received outstanding reviews. I believe allowing vendors to deceive customers without consequences is beneath high standards of Reverb."
" My family and I live in North Eastern Pennsylvania and my youngest sons birthday was approaching. He desired an upgrade to his gender beginner accoustic guitar. We searched locally and could not find it Martin co gpcx1rae. We did find only one in stock at music zoo on the morning of his birthday. I phoned and the sales person assured me that they still had the one in stock. We jumped in the car and drove nearly three hours to purchase it. Because of heavy traffic we arrived after closing time 6pm. My son was initially very disappointed. I nevertheless got out of the car as the lights to the store were still on and I could see movement inside. Leo noticed me and opened the door. I introduced myself and informed him of our long ride to make my son's birthday truly special and he let us in and got the guitar for my son. Who's face immediately lit up. For that alone I thank Leo and the staff of music zoo. Returned the guitar the days later due to a manufacturer's defect. Leo and staff again came through like champs. Not only did they take the guitar back they gave my son the updated model which replaced his. He couldn't be more happy. Thank you Leo and staff. "

to ensure against damage in transit. Most, of all Music Zoo is a "boutique" store having middle priced production to high - end custom shop and vintage instruments. Plus a broad selection of major brands. Customers benefit from their patience and product knowledge. They stand behind what they sell. There are only, IMO, one or two near equal competitors.
Several Big Box net dealers may have similar instruments But they are too busy mass merchandising to do hands-on assessments over the phone. This is critical as it helps the customer select the best guitar given an instrument’s individual nuances and subtleties.
This makes a difference in getting the best marriage between a particular axe and the consumer's preferences and musical applications.
