"I ordered the EVH guitar strap and it was not made clear that it was extra long, nor is it clear that the shorter EVH strap (which strangely, is more expensive?)..is the standard size. Very confusing.

Rather than mess around sending the wrong EVH guitar strap back, I just ordered the other one, (which I hope is the right one because it has yet to arrive) so I wasted $50.

UPDATE: I got the correct size EVH strap and to my utter shock, The Music Zoo contacted me and gave me a refund for the wrong strap I ordered.

So.. that's what I call customer service and in light of this.. they will be my first choice to order my music stuff before anyone else.
