Dobby frome the Noble collection

"I was given maruder's map puzzle for Christmas in 2021 and was not able to put it together until this year. I moved and it was in storage. After putting it together i found it was missing 3 pieces. The Noble Collection Customer Service did eveto avoid helping with there mistakes. The The Noble Collection is not willing to back of there products. I would not buy anything The Noble Collection makes"

Great products

"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was so people didn’t think this was fake. I’ve bought several wands and collector props and they’ve all been amazing quality. They are packaged really well and never had anything damaged when it arrived. I chose standard shipping and it always gets to me within 2-3 days. I’ve also had to return items. Somebody bought me a wand I already had for Christmas so I had to exchange it, I’d say the only downfall is that you HAVE to use the same packaging to return it so keep the original boxes. The only other complaint was when I exchanged my wand for another, it took forever and I got scared they didn’t receive it. I didn’t get any emails or phone calls so I had to call them to figure out what happened. The wand I wanted was out of stock but they would send me an email as soon as it shipped. They were nice enough but it would’ve been great if they had let me known in an email or something that they had received my return and informed me of the situation. But it’s great product, fast shipping, and easy to work with. "

Disappointed

"I ordered 500$ worth of Harry Potter merchandise and paid for three day shipping on a Saturday.
I didn’t get an email until Wednesday letting me know half of my order was back-ordered for 2 months. They said the other half of my order would ship in 24 hours. It had already been 3 business days...and I paid for three day shipping.
I canceled both my orders and went somewhere else.
I really like these products, it’s very hard to find quality geeky collectibles. Just some suggestions Noble;

-update your website
-let customers know what’s sold out before they order it.
-everyone has bad days but customer service didn’t even try to keep my business...not even a refund for expedited shipping.
Please fix yourselves up so I can order from you guys again.

Excellent

"Honestly was skeptical at first especially from these seemingly baseless reviews, but I ordered my ring anyways, and man I’m glad I did, I ordered then emailed them about a tracking number, they responded promptly and provided me with the number the next day. I just received my ring and it is beyond my expectations, absolutely beautiful, perfect size, before you listen to the negative reviews, give them a shot yourselves first and form your own opinion, it paid off for me."

Poor Customer service

"After ordering a set of three products from the Harry Potter magical beasts collection and one of them arriving broken, I was met with unhelpful and quite frankly rude customer service that forced me to pay for postage if I was to get a refund. Thus, I only lost money from this purchase. Please be careful, I would not recommend this company.

" They were running an add on their site offering free shipping, but would not honor it upon checkout, nor woudl they respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint I filed. I tried to do business with them, but could not. Never again. "

Good Service and Beautiful Products

"I absolutely love this company, I have ordered there products for may years as a Harry Potter fan. I will say some products are very very fragile, i'v had wands break left and right as well as wording from the time turner rub off. Although, with excellent and fast costumer service they are fast to replace your items. I would say a must place to shop for any collector but definitely not for kids as these items tend to be warry for anything but display. "

Dont hold your breath

"I ordered products near 2 weeks ago Nov 23. I then get a call that 1 item wasn't in stock and would be back ordered till mid December. Okay fine, cancelled that item and replaced it. Was told it would be shipping right away, then get an email November 3rd saying yet another item is on back order, when I was pretty much expecting to get it in the mail shortly. Ok so call again and ask whats going on. Get told my first back order will be available shortly, so change back to the original Item, and the new back order Item might be available as they check inventory. Okay fine can still make it for Christmas, I'll wait a few days. Then last night the 4th I get another email saying that Item is back ordered and now another different item is unavailable and back ordered! Its been 2 weeks order has changed 3 times and hasnt even left the warehouse yet. First and last time I order from them."

Obfuscating Shipping Expenses

"When shipping to Canada Noble states there will be a 19.95 US fee. When reading this one would assume that this fee covers any duty/expenses of shipping the item. Like most online sellers, you pay upfront for your product and your shipping. However, in the case of Noble, they charge you that fee and then leave you to get hit with the import fees as well. When I read that the customer was responsible for the import fee I thought they meant that by paying the amount for shipping it was included. The costs of shipping an item of the size I got through UPS (.5 pound) is around 8 dollars CND, outside of that the only other fees for shipping are the import/taxes. So essentially, they charge you a flat fee 20 US-28CND to line their pockets, as the 8 dollars of actual shipping costs was all that is needed. They did not cover the fees which actually affect the customer, just the base line shipping cost, which is far less than what you pay them for shipping to Canada. So the customer is paying them an additional 20 CND dollars for no reason. If you call and complain they will say "well sir, you accepted the shipping costs". True, but that's pretty scummy. I would HIGHLY suggest that people look elsewhere, this company is taking extra money from you for "shipping" at a flat rate which just makes them more money. Yes, I accepted that rate, but in good faith and belief this company was fair did not think it would take the turn the way it did. I will NEVER buy anything from the Noble Collection again, and I would recommend that no one else does if they too live in Canada. If you do, just be aware that you are paying them a far higher amount than what shipping costs via UPS and you still will have to pay after the fact for taxes/import fees. **** company, bad customer service, scummy practice to make more money. Very disappointing. "

Awful Customer Service/Theft

"I made an order and got my confirmation information from them stating how much my order was and the confirmation number, the money was even taken from my account. Then the coronavirus happened and they told me that shipping would be delayed until they were allowed to open their company back up, that was perfectly fine with me and I told them I would wait for my order instead of canceling it, this was a little over a month ago. Then, two days ago I got an email stating that my card was declined? Okay, the payment already came out so why was my card declined? I email them back and they said they never charged my card until two days ago. First, I have proof that they took the money from my account, I have my bank statement from the month the order was placed. Tried to tell them that and they got really rude and hateful towards me saying that they don’t know what I’m talking about and that I’m wrong. Also said that they would charge my card again and if it got declined they would cancel my order or I could just cancel it myself, so I canceled it myself and they still won’t refund the money that they already pulled from my account which is $60.00. They won’t even “accept” my proof that the money was indeed taken out of my account and apparently my confirmation email stating how much was taken out isn’t proof? I seriously don’t recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service and theft. Don’t use this company for anything and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau! "

The Noble Collection lets the Harry Potter items produce in China. The Noble Collection requires a lot of money for the Harry Potter items. I find the quality of the Harry Potter items from The Noble Collection poor. The Harry Potter items from The Noble Collection are mass-produced. Bad Experience

" The Noble Collections had their entire site shut down for all of January, Chinese new year I"m guessing, no us workers? Anyway I ordered 2 charms from them from the Harry Potter Lumos series, 2 different ones and instead got doubles of the one and did not get the 2nd. It's not worth dealing with them after reading reviews here I am going to sell the 2nd one to a friend and decide if I even want the other one I didn't get probably not. Done with them screwing me over.

Beware of the jewelery

"I ordered some items for my daughters birthday one of which was hermione’s red crystal necklace @ £90 for red crystal set in 24ct gold plated sterling silver.

I received the goods and was happy with the service untill I opened the necklace which resembled something out of a Xmas cracker. It felt light And looked far to yellow to be 24ct gold plated and sure enough a magnate confirmed that the necklace wasn’t gold over silver. Another tell tale sign was the fresh water pearls were a deep purple not white which turned out to be coloured resin/plastic on closer inspection.

I called the customer service number and this is where things started to go down hill. The guy on the phone tried convincing me that I was wrong and wouldn’t except what I was telling him untill I’d walked him through a little physics lesson and he finally agreed that sterling silver isn’t magnetic. After talking to him I grew extremely concerned as he had all of the usual banter you’d expect to hear from someone pedalling fake jewelery such as items less that 30g don’t need a hall mark, magnets can’t be trusted due to the fact sterling silver is an alloy etc etc I’m pretty sure I’m not the first to complain!

Anyways Nobel sent me a returns label and replaced the necklace for another, this took 7 days to arrive (and we’ve now missed my daughters birthday) and sure enough I’d received another fake silver necklace with fake crystal and pearls!

While I did get a full refund they would not admit that they were selling the dress version of the necklace which is also available on the site boxed up and labelled as the genuine prop copy.

The fact I got 2 in a row tells me that there is a massive issue either in their warehouse or supply chain and I’d advise any customers to check their jewelery purchased from the Nobel collection

Let down badly before Christmas

"I ordered an item in plenty of time for Christmas. Was sent tracking number for Hermes.... Then nothing! A week after my order should have been delivered I emailed to see what was happening and my order was cancelled with no explanation. With a few days to Christmas I can't get the item from anywhere else in time! Totally CRAP service!!!!"
