"I have dealt with this company several times in the past few years and had never had a negative experience until now. At the end of this year I received an email stating that they shipped me a Harry Potter Illuminating Wand to fill an order that I had made with their company previously. I made sure that they knew, via email, that I did not have an order that was unfilled and that they were sending me a duplicate order. They were nice and emailed me a return shipping invoice to be able to return the duplicate item. Unfortunately the duplicate order never arrived to be returned to them and after multiple emails back and forth and a phone conversation with someone in their customer service department who I know was lying to me, I came to discover that they were charging me for an order that was placed in 2009, 15 months later, claiming that I never paid! My records do not reflect this but the person on the phone, who told me that she spoke to someone at my bank and verified all of this personally (lie #1 since my bank said this wasn't true) told me that "if you order something you know you have to pay for it." I have never been treated so rudely in all of my life. The person, Sylvie, also refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor regarding the matter. I am now in dispute with them through my credit card company. I will NEVER do business with them again and if you are smart, you won't either. I WAS a very satisfied customer but won't work with a company that openly lies to the customer when there is a problem."
"Everyone, Noble is great at Customer Service. No matter what people say. It's just their fault for not looking to see that the item was infact unavailable until said date. I've had little problems with them. The only problem I had was that their site lagged, and sent my order 3 times. They IMMEDIATELY fixed this. Don't listen to these rubbish reviews, their stuff is great. It's the orderer's fault for not checking.

"This company is terrible. Although they have authentic looking merchandise, their customer service is just atrocious.
I placed my order on/around December 1st, and was told (via email) that my package should arrive within a week/week-and-a-half. I had ordered the Dumbledore's Army Wand Collection, the Horcrux Locket, the Timeturner, and the Harry Potter Artefact Box.
However, the week it was due, they emailed me saying that since I live in Canada and one of my items was not available yet (the Artefacts), they would have to wait to send ALL until that item was in stock. The earliest they could send it would be late January. That was fine, I could wait.
Then, they sent me an email almost pressuring me to cancel the Artefacts Box so they could send me the rest. I obliged, the Artefact Box was not my main item, and it would probably be easier to get the other items earlier than wait for them to be backlogged with the holiday shipping rush.
So I waited another week, expecting my all-in-stock items to come in the mail. I then was woken up way too early in the morning (6:00 AM! On a Saturday!) with them calling and telling me that my bank's info on my address differed from the one I told them. Irritated, I told them that no, it was not a mistake, check it again. (They made no mention of this ever again after that day.)
Now it's been another 4 days, and I JUST get an email again. Now, Dumbledore's Army Wand Collection is backordered. That means it will not get here until March 2011. At this point, I was just really fed up, so I called them to cancel my entire order. The man who answered said that he could cancel the Wand Collection for me, but not the Horcrux Locket and the Timeturner, because they were being "processed" in the warehouse. If I want to, I can return them when I get them.
But then, what is the point in doing that? I'll have to pay for return postage and other pointless things like that. I highly doubt they'll give me an actual refund, they'll probably just end up giving me some useless credit for their website. And I really have to wonder why I can't just cancel it all, when it's just being "processed" at the warehouse. Doesn't that usually just mean that they are picking out my items from their stock?
Bottom line, you are much better off going to amazon or ebay and bargaining for noble collection items. I'm sure (more like hoping!) that they're good quality, but the customer service of the actual Noble Collection is just so terrible, that I couldn't even begin to imagine ordering from them ever again. From the looks of the other reviews, I'd say it's all too good to be true."
"Purchased two "Harry Potter Illuminating Wands" for $39.50 each + $13 shipping. Found the same exact wands the next day at Barnes & Noble retailing for $29.95 each. Contacted the Noble Collection and asked why I was charges approximately $20 more than a retail store. They had no answer and refused to refund the difference -- something most reputable retailers do at this time of year. I can get a refund but have to pay return shipping and will not get the $13 shipping charge I incurred. Feel totally ripped off. Beware buying from this company's web site. You can find their products MUCH CHEAPER at retail stores and have a more satisfying customer experience. "

I've previously ordered Hermione's wand and Time Turner necklace. Both products arrived well and on time and are great quality. I've had no problems with The Noble Collection they're great and have wonderful products."

I also ordered rushed shipping so it can be here for as close to her birthday as possible....

ok this isn't what i ordered. what is going on with this company? Mind you i order things of this nature a lot for a few organizations I belong to and my employer. at this point i am becoming aggravated with this company and after 3 more email asking to verify date shipped and item ordered.

ok so now its 3/3/08 and have yet to see a order update and a tracking number in my in box. I call the company.
I ask right away to speak to a supervisor, had enough of the run around. I get Patty on the phone. now she tells me that the item will be shipped on 3/4/08. I tell her that I do not want expressed shipping on my order at all and that I fell they should cover the express shipping. not gonna happen. humm.
3/4/08 nothing in my inbox after being promised that it would ship today. I was billed for it and have paid for it at this point. so were is my tracking number?
I will NEVER order from this company again. I also know a few other people that collect things of this nature and will make sure to pass this info along to them.
if this company does not provide me soon with an item shipped confirmation email and a tracking number in the next 24 hours I will cancel my order and dispute the charges to my account. I hope that they do not fail on that level. I mean they were advertised in the back of the Harry Potter DVD brochure."
"The jewerly unfortunately, appears to be fake. I have ordered both the Arwen Necklace and the Time Turner and they look like they've been made out of plastic. I mean, it's the type of jewerly you can just buy at some jewerly store that sells fake jewerly. It looks totally different than the ones that are seen on the site. The Arwen necklace looks bright, polished, and shiny, whereas the one they ship to you looks like you can break it easily. As for the time turner... it's ugly. It looks like real gold on the site, but real life, it's actually dull looking and ugly. I'm very disappointed and my 300+ dollars went down the drain. Don't ever buy from these guys!
edit 3/14 - My batman begins batmobile keychain arrived a few days ago and I'll be honest and say this one really satisfied me. It's heavy, doesn't look cheap, and the vehicle looks really cute. The front part of the vehicle might appear to look a bit funny, but that's due to the ridiculously small tires compared to the large back tires. XD The wheels actually move, too. And the box... well, it's absolutely gorgeous. Very attractive. I'll give this thing an exception and rate it a 100%. This thing is adorable."
