"Great prices and great service when you can get in touch with them, Matt is a great guy (when you get a hold of him). My main gripe is that they never answer their phones at whatever time of the day you try, I do understand some companies are pretty busy this time of the year, but not being able to answer their phones sounds like if the company simply went belly up.
I had to cancel my last order out of frustration, It wasn't until I disputed my charge with Amex, when Matt called me to apologize for the big delay on my order, I didn't want to continue with the transaction and I'm a very patient person."

"We purchased a Kodak machine, but did not realize we would have to purchase a yearly lease of the software. Matt worked with us to return that unit and purchase a Canon unit with included software. *Updated*
The Printer Pros got back to us about 3 weeks after our initial email. This company only got back to us after we submitted a complaint to the BBB. The company sent us a video which entailed taking our scanner apart to attempt to fix the problem ourselves. We were able to fix the problem but the video didn't help considering the video was for a completely different scanner. Our company was concerned that we would void the warranty by taking the scanner apart.
At the end of the day, the problem was resolved.

The company I work for is now receiving harassing emails because of our bad review. The Printer Pros only responded to us after we submitted a BBB complaint. This company does not care about customer satisfaction all they care about is money.
Giving them a one-star review would be generous."

All printers arrived as scheduled, in the condition expected ( refurbish parts, cleaning, and testing), and have had no issues with these printers ( Avg usage 8-10k pages a month).
