"Living in Europe I was initially happy to find a that The Twisted Group making overseas shipments.
Due to misleading product information and insufficiently technical support from the product manufacturer (Belkin) I hade already placed the order (a whole bunch of Belkin AV54000 bananas) before I found out that the product was useless for my purposes and the order had to be changed for a alternative product.
While the misleading product information etc is entirely to blame on the manufacturer (Belkin); I have the following negative feedback about the The Twisted Group:
• When ordering, I was sucked in to this “customer satisfaction questionnaire”, which in hindsight seem highly unserious since you are tempted to give them a positive feedback although your order has not even been processed (read: their service responsibility has not even started at that point)
• The shipping charge was very high in relation to shipping lead-time. So either I was overcharged on the shipment or they have really slow internal processes. (I was able to do a direct comparison since I hade placed a related order with another US online company.)
• I made the change order, and excused for the trouble caused. However, 9 days later I receive the package and it contains the old (terminated) order. Upon contact I receive the feedback that they have never received my change order. This is complete B.S. since I have sent all emails as reply on their original order confirmation and never received any error messages. Additionally they have received all my other emails.
• Finally, in all correspondence I have received these short and rude one-line (auto) replies, and they have showed no willingness to act on the problem caused.

I ordered mid-afternoon and received shipment late morning the next day although I had only specified ground shipping. "When the I tried to return the UNOPENED bags I bought from them, they quite rudely told me that if I didn't want the merchandise, I shouldn't have ordered it in the first place. Furthermore, when I commented on their lack of customer service, they proceeded to tell me that they'd show me what poor customer service really is by refusing to accept my return. "They listed a pixma mx700 and shipped me an mx300. Turned out the mx300 listing also had mx700 in it's title. This isn't an accident. This are still executing this fraud over on ebay.
Their so called "customer service" was incredibly rude and only sent me an RMA when I filed a paypal complaint.
They only returned my money when I brought law enforcement agencies in.
They then attempted extortion saying that I was to retract a negative review. I told them that I would not lie for them.
They have now turned to collection an amount equal to the value of the printer plus shipping both ways. Their fraud now includes failing to recognize receipt for the returned printer!"
"I wrote a disappointing review of the Twistergroup in December because the tracking info indicated that I would not receive my package until 2 days after Christmas. I ordered my item on 12-18-07, which I thought was adequte time to send the item since I had paid the additional fees for expideted service. Low and Behold, I received my package on 12-24-07 at 6:30 in the evening (6 days after my order). Unfortunately I had already gone to a local store for the same item not knowing that I would have to wait until Santa arrived late on Christmas Eve to receive my order from Twister.
Because I received my order prior to Christmas I have received 3 request from Twister to amend my comments, one was threatening. So, I am amending my comments to advise anyone using Twistergroup to make sure they allow a minimum of 10 days to receive their order. If you need it sooner, I recommend another outlet. Am I happy about what I received from Twister? The order came fine, no damage, but since I had to make the same purchase from a local store, I ended up returning it. I buy online to avoid the crowds and I ended up with 2 experiences during a very crowded season anyway. "

They area really very very unprofessional and horrified people.
I surprised how can they still survived in this competitive online industry.
Good luck for the good experience buyer, but you may be the most miserable person when you find some broken items or when you try to return your purchase.

"I am absolutely APPALLED at the way I was treated by their so-called "customer service". When I inquired about the length of time it is taking to get my order, I was met with sarcasm and a foul attitude. My question was not meant to anger or demean anyone; it was just a curiosity. At that point, I was completely surprised and taken aback, not quite sure I had heard the gentleman (and I use that term loosely!!!!) correctly. Not only did he make it clear to me that it was not his problem, but when I asked for a supervisor, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! Upon my call back, I DEMANDED to speak with his supervisor, and he informed me that he had none (the only employee?? yeah right!), and then threatened to hang up on me again!!! In my opinion, the order could be absolutely perfect, and that would STILL not convince me to do business with this company again. "This company is a rip off. I bought a speco camera that from them that was advertised as a reverse image model. The one they sent me was not a reverse image model. I wrote them 3 times asking if I could return the item for exchange for the correct one. I thought they would allow an exchange especially since the camera I recieved was not opened. They were not sympathetic toward the issue and flat refused to allow me to exchange the unit. they claimed sine the 30 day return window had lapsed they would not accept the return. Further they cklaimed that what they advertise is not what they go by but the part #. I am attaching their response to this complaintWe guarantee the model number, not the product description. We are trying to
be accurate but it is not 100% guaranteed.
If you didn't receive 628M we would accommodate replacement within 30 days.

"Order placed on-line on 6/12. Received shipment 6/18. Only 2 of the 3 items were in the package. Package/box showed no damage and was sealed when it arrived at my home. Called 6/18 explaining that an item was missing. Sent a follow-up email 3 days later at 9 am on 6/21. Received a shipment comfirmation email at 12:30 pm. Then received a reply to my follow-up email at 3:56 pm and I quote "We have already replied to you that we reshipped the missing item." My psychic abilities are not very good. Therefore, I had no idea they were going to ship the missing item and I would receive a shipment confirmation email 4 hours later. As far as price, quality and shipping of the items that I received, I am very satisfied. Since, I was missing an item that was their mistake and receiving the 'attitude' and sarcasm from Customer Service, I would rather pay a little more money to receive a little less attitude.
