"Our shop's order arrives with all the product we ordered accounted for, however the packaging could use improvement. Glass bottles are packaged with no packing material or cushioning consistently, causing us to sometimes throw away product. At least one box of our sizeable order ends up being covered in syrup, and barely usable. It's disappointing to have hundreds of dollars of product arrive in such bad condition."
