"Webstraunt finally did it. They were awful enough on multiple occasions spanning over many months, that I canceled my plus membership and took my business elsewhere. I find myself between shipments and running low on stock that i would normally get from webstraunt and am receiving better service from distributors that I don't work with yet. And what's funny is the more people I talk to about my webstraunt experience, the more people agree with me and tell me they have had the same experience. Good riddence. "

"I pay for choice plus and have had nearly an order a month damaged due to poor packaging or shipping, but I have now had a reshipment damaged with no contact until you realize your package didn't arrive yet. This last one was an order for a big festival purchased 2 weeks in advance., just to find out that I won't be receiving anything in time, despite the fact that I ordered so far in advance, knowing how unreliable the shipping here is, with no resolution or help to ensure anything is made right.
