"An awesome experience! I was upset over not navigating the sight well…(all my own fault!) I couldn’t get to the payment screen…. That not being bad enough I couldn’t retrieve my cart etc. I was kinda ****! So along comes Jordan all cute & a lovely phone voice! I heard her tell me she couldn’t place my order for me because of the credit card information & I almost lost it! Then I realized how safety & what a good business practice that is! After the first vendor I spoke with this morning who’d attempted to charge me in upwards of $8 each for a $2 item I was grateful! After that I I did as asked! It all went down just right! "Webstraunt finally did it. They were awful enough on multiple occasions spanning over many months, that I canceled my plus membership and took my business elsewhere. I find myself between shipments and running low on stock that i would normally get from webstraunt and am receiving better service from distributors that I don't work with yet. And what's funny is the more people I talk to about my webstraunt experience, the more people agree with me and tell me they have had the same experience. Good riddence. "
