"I was very disappointed to discover upon delivery that I was sent an older version of the watch containing a HN25A movement instead of a NH35A movement. Maybe I'm naive, but I assumed when I bought a brand-new watch, I would have been shipped the current version. I should have spent a couple of extra bucks and gotten one from Amazon where they are shipping the current version. "

Manufacturers do often change their specifications without changing the model numbers and even though this is a brand new item it may have been in stock while the manufacturer was updating their inventory. "Great watch impressed that it looks better in person. Not for someone that wants a small indiscrete watch. Paid extra for 2nd day shipping and received the watch 5 days later. Other than the shipping, I had a good experience. "

"Very impressed with the presentation of the two watches I recently ordered for my fiance's birthday. The quality of each watch looks superb. Litmus test is this Saturday when he opens his gifts. I could not be more proud to present these two watches to my man who is a global business man who is a big kid at heart. "I was asked to contact you with an order number and you would take care of the issue. So I called Customer Service, and after 30 minutes of listening to mindless musac and comments as to how important I am to you, no-one answered and the call was disconnected by you. Disgusting service."
