I ordered a NEW Bulova watch. The watch stopped working after 2 weeks. I sent it back directly to the company, as Watchery PROMISED to repair the watch. Watchery also promised that the watch would run without any problem for a long time !!!!After more than one month I got back the watch. It STOPPED WORKING again after ONE DAY. This time I shipped it back for full refund. Watchery is yet to refund my money back. I do not want a SO CALLED BRAND NEW watch to get repaired again and again. THIS WATCH IS DEFECTIVE. Even if repaired, THIS WILL BECOME A REFURBISHED WATCH. Why should a customer accept such a product and pay the price of a new watch????
I see here that Watchery tries to make different excuses for not refunding the money. I strongly suspect Watchery is planning something similar to deny/delay my refund. "

Choose the watches was not easy because of the large number of the presented models. In addition, this is my first expensive Internet-purchase in another country, and I do not want to risk a large money sum. I spoken with the manager through Live chat, and made the order to my address in the U.S. Immediately received a confirmation, and after some formalities watches went to California, and immediately there - in Russia.
Today, 26 August, and I received my order. In real life watches are even better than in the catalog, which can not but rejoice. I thank the shop and its founder for good job. Soon I will choose the automatic Omega for the costume - necessary to take advantage of his services again!"

The watch is real and beautiful - not a recycled or knock around product. The price was unbeatable by far. "I purchased a Breitling Chrono automatic two tone mother of pearl from this company I was amazed at how quickly it was dispatched and arrived in the UK however it was immeadiately obvious that although a beautiful watch it did not fit in its box, there were no factory tags or seals and no certificate of authenticity.
I immeadiately contacted them to request the correct box and paperwork and was told they would forward them. By now I was somewhat suspicious so took it to a Breitling dealer as advised on the Watchery website but the dealers were unable to authenicate the watch without the correct box and paperwork - hence I requested an explanation or return as felt it had been mis sold. I am still waiting some 6 months later and have registered this as a dispute with my credit card company I would not recommend The Watchery to anyone who wishes to purchase a luxury brand watch - buyer beware!"
"I purchased a Bulova Marine Star for my wife last mothers day. The watch arrived quickly, customer service was very friendly and the watch was in great condition packaging and all when it arrived. My wife wears this watch to work everyday and has had many compliments on it. I am geting ready to order another watch for her from The Watchery today or tomorrow. "
"I received a Whittnauer watch from the Watchery, and paid $75.55 in total, and it was ordered on 12/23/09. About 2 weeks after receiving it, I took it to have it made smaller, watched the man who did it, who never did anything but remove a few links. When I tried it on I noticed, as did he, that the link under the dial was stainless steel, but was supposed to have been gold plated like the rest of the watch was. I immediately called the Watchery 4 times, and they finally told me that their supervisor had to speak to his supervisor b/c even though it was defective, I had the links taken off, which I had saved. I contacted my credit card company, and they removed it from my charges. The Watchery never called me back until 2 weeks ago when they told my credit card company the same thing that they told me, is that they have offered to give me credit towards another watch, but no refund. So, it has now been placed back on my Capital One credit card. They don't have this watch anymore, and it's much more expensive on other sites. Most of their watches are very expensive, and I don't like any of the few (very few) "cheaper" ones. They won't refund my money, and now I have to pick a watch that I don't even want, or else they won't take the defective watch back, and I'll be stuck with a watch that I won't wear. I had even emailed them, which I saved, asking for a return number, which they never responded to. I could have lied and just called them originally, and told them that it was defective, period. But, I don't lie, and I told them the truth, and now they are doing this to me. I believe that they knew that this watch was defective, and they sent it out anyway. I would never do business with them again!"
"Service going downhill fast. After much research I found the Movado Visio for my wife at the Watchery. Purchase, delivery and appearance were all ok. The first time my wife wore this beautiful watch it fell off her wrist when she was showing if off to our cousins. The screw had come loose and the post fell off, we recovered the watch but the post and screw were not found. So far I've sent three emails (no answer to any). I spoke with Carlotta on 12-28 (not certain of the spelling) who told me I would be contacted and the post and screw would be ordered. Today, Jan 15th, I called and spoke with Gitty who said I need to send it to a repair center and she DID send me a return authorization. I don't trust this company so I will try to get it repaired if it is not too expensive before I send it to the repair center. So far worst experience I have had in all my years of buying on-line."

"Bought a Movado watch and doesn't work after using for 2 weeks. The Watchery refuse for exchange or refund. They clam that once the watch is worn, they will not accept exchange or refund. How could the customer able to test the watch without using it? I am very disappointed that they send a defective watch at the first place.Their policy is complete against to customer. They said they will send me a RA number for repair but I never received it. Beside they said they are authorize Movado dealer, I find out they not at all. What a scam!! "I ordered a Movado Elliptica for the lowest price to be found anywhere on 12/23 and received it the next day via Next Day Air Mail. The shipping was free. The watch is immaculate, completely brand new, triple boxed and wrapped all over. The Mother of Pearl Dial is great. This watch wreaks of quality! I would shop at The Watchery again without hesitation and highly recommend this store."
"I received my watch in dismantled condition, with the bracelet completely separate from the dial. Furthermore, there was no protective tape on the watch at all. I contacted customer service and they quickly provided me with a Return Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. A week later, my replacement arrived, this time intact and with tape. However, the band was missing the manufacturer's tag and it was pretty obvious that the protective tape was applied hastily - most likely not by the manufacturer. Though the watch itself was in great shape, I am convinced that it was not brand new. Also, the flexible band around which the watch was wrapped does not fit properly inside the center slot of the box; i.e. it does not have enough friction with the sides of the slot to stand upright, instead sliding freely inside the slot. This suggests to me that this was not the original box for this particular watch, and that The Watchery simply threw the watch into a random box from that manufacturer (Hamilton) they had lying around. Another of the watches that I bought from The Watchery corroborates this hypothesis.
Overall, I am satisfied with The Watchery's level of customer service, but strongly dissatisfied with the quality of their products. I would not buy from them again."
"I called them 8hours after placing the order to cancel because I changed my mind. The CSR was very polite, took the information and told me the order was cancelled and I should receive an email. I did not receive any email for 6hours so I called back. She again gave me the same story and said she will check into it while I was on hold, got back to me in 2minutes and told me the order was cancelled and I would receive an email confirmation. The next day was the weekend so I did not get a chance to call them but I saw that they have a order tracking on their website. I entered the order number and guess what? they shipped the darn thing. They are obviously eager to push their watches, polite but god forbid if you change your mind. I dont know how my experience would be returning this item and it makes me mad that the whole thing could have been avoided in the first place. "
