"I wanted to send this review to highlight the perfect customer service from David and also to let you know how wonderful the product is that we ordered from the Builder Depot. About 8 months ago I saw a picture on the houzze website that showed a Carrara venato bathroom from the Builder Depot and I fell in love with it. When I went to the website, I saw you had everything except for the venato ogee honed chairrail. When I Emailed your establishment to enquire, I was told they no longer sold this chair rail it in venato, only in bianco which I did not want. I called every few months to see if they started selling them again with no success. I was about to give up and go elsewhere for tile so I decided to try once more before doing this and wrote an email to David, who i had not yet spoken with to explain my situation. David wrote me back and I was thrilled that he said he would get me this chairrail. We immediately placed our order for the subway tile, border, and chairrail and I could not be happier with how beautiful it looks. David went above and beyond to get us the chair rail that your store no longer sold. I cannot thank him enough. Additionally, throughout the ordering process he sent us pictures of what they were sending us and followed up after it was delivered. He is a true asset to your company and if not for him we would have not even ordered from builder dept.
I would also like to comment on your product. The Carrara venato tile is beautiful and looks amazing. The shipment was fast and the way it was packaged when it arrived to my home was also outstanding. Each piece was packed with care with protective liner between each and every subway tile. There was not one broken tile in the entire shipment.

"We are realtors and frequently purchase properties to renovate and re-sell. Earlier this year we found The Builder Depot while searching for high-quality White Carrera Marble for a townhouse on Capitol Hill in Washington DC. We've had bad luck with other companies over the years and were expecting a similar painstaking process and low-quality materials, so we ordered approximately 30% more than we needed in anticipation of a large percentage being broken. The customer service agent, David, was an incredible help to ensure we got the tile we were looking for and to make sure it was delivered promptly. After ordering the tile, chair rail, baseboards and flooring, we expected it to take weeks to be delivered.
