We had an issue with tile that we had ordered from another company a week before our project was to start. I found The Builder Depot online after doing some quick research. I was very skeptical about ordering marble tile online for fear of the quality we would receive. I called the 800# and spoke with Stephen who promptly sent me pictures of the current lot they had in stock. It was exactly what we were looking for. I went ahead and placed my order online. This was on Tuesday. Stephen reached out to me later that morning to let me know he saw the order and because he knew about our time crunch, did what he could to push the order through. I received the shipment tracking information that evening and the order arrived via UPS on Friday. The tile was absolutely gorgeous!!!
