"Classic bait and switch operation. Price was too good to be true. Operator called me within minutes to say the Nikon Speedlight I ordered was backordered and they would send me a "better" Vivitar Speedlight instead. I asked if I could return it and they said "Yes if it is unopened within 14 days".
I decided to return it but they delayed the return process every way possible. Even after I returned it by Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation, I still had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. 10 days after receiving the package they finally issued a refund.
They wouldn't tell me how to return the package until I changed my original review and accused me of "you vey [sic] not nice !!!". Well my review is back and better than ever. I'm very nice to people who don't do false advertising and provide good customer service.

Due to my urgent need of the product, I immediately responded with a returned call.
Customer Service / Sales Representative explained the situation, details of my backordered product, made suggestions and offered the substitute product.
Initially, I was unwilling to purchase the substitute due to the increased price and noted other options on the internet.
However after our discussion, they were willing to be more competitive than the other internet websites.
Theestoreonline.com clearly takes care of their customers and reputation!

I was initially nervous placing my first order because I wasn't familiar with this site, but I will definitely order again now that I've experienced their phenomenal customer service. The item I ordered was backordered due to high demand for 4 weeks, so they halved the price of the best similar item and expedited it to me. When it arrived, it turned out that I had ordered the wrong kind of charger for my camera battery - even though I guess that was my fault, they asked no questions and said they would immediately send out a replacement item that IS compatible with my camera battery. They also said for me to keep the item I have and just "sell it on ebay or something", which seems incredibly generous. "I placed an order for an item in stock. After order was approved, I got a phone call informing me it would be several weeks before the item shipped, but they had a comparable product that could be delivered sooner. I was familiar with the other product so agreed to the change. In my initial order I requested 3-5 day delivery, which I though would be sent FedEx or UPS. The reason I needed FedEx or UPS is because I was volunteering on a wildlife refuge and the US post office didn't deliver to the refuge. Apparently the 3-5 day delivery didn't get transferred to the replacement order, so it took almost three days to get the item to the carrier. The next bit of bad news is that item was shipped Smartpost. That means the package is handed off to the US post office for final delivery. Did I mention the US post office doesn't deliver to the refuge? That meant the item was going, and indeed was, returned to the shipper. OK, I can accept some of the responsibility for not getting the shipping piece worked out when I ordered the item. But after learning the item was being returned (which takes about 2 weeks) I called and asked if I could cancel the item. I was told no, the item had to be returned to them first. So I requested that the item be held when they received it. The reason being that I was going to be leaving this refuge to go to another location. Now I just received an email telling me the item was being shipped. When I called, I learned it was being shipped US post office, again. So now I have to have someone at this refuge sent it to my new location so that I can get a return authorization to return it to Theestoreonline. Of course, I could just keep it, but at this point I don't reward poor behavior. As an aside, I ordered another product from B&H and had the same problem with the post office. Both orders, theestoreonline and B&H occurred within the same time period (my mistake). The exception is that when I explained the situation to B&H the sales person said he would create a return authorization for the original order and create a new order. Which he did, and I got a refund for the original and I received the item under the new order number. Of course, this time I had them sent it UPS. All in all, this was not a pleasant experience. Oh, by the way, I see another charge of $14.01 from Theestoreonline. I guess that is the reshipping charge."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Placed an order for a name-brand Nikon charger and should have heeded the warnings of other reviewers. As with so many others, I got a call and email within hours of placing the order to be told that the item is on backorder and that they don't keep them in stock, but instead they will HELP ME OUT and sell me a generic version that they say will be even better for the low price of $49.99. Only problem is that it is generic, is not even a comparable product, and I can find it anywhere else on the internet for $8-$12. Ripoff bait and switch company. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.
AND THERE's more . . . Within a few hours of leaving bad reviews online, they just called again to say that now they have the item in stock and will sell it to me for only $5 if I will just remove the bad reviews.
