"I ordered a "back-up" battery for my newly acquired Nikon D3200.
Day or so later a rep from your company called me to tell the Nikon battery I ordered was out of stock and on back order. Would take a couple of weeks. To compensate I was offered a battery made by the same manufacturer (in other words they supply the batteries to Nikon) however without the Nikon logo stamped on the battery. After talking some more I found out that this battery is good for 500 pix (versus 200 pix), a 5 year warranty (versus a 1-yr by Nikon), just like the Nikon battery totally compatible with my Nikon D3200, and they would sell it to me for the same price as the one I initially ordered= $30 instead of $50! I didn't have to think too long :o)
Communication by email updates from departure of the store to my house were very satisfactory. The battery works like a charm. Happy, happy, happy!

"Fast friendly service. I was contacted immediately about the battery I ordered was on back order. Constomer Service agent informed me that I could get a longer lasting battery w/ a 5 yr warranty for the same price. I accepted the offer."
"Wonder why Theestoreonline.com came back with the cheapest price on OEM items? Bait and switch. It's as simple and dishonest as that. Go ahead - do like I did - order the product and submit your payment info. But they also require your phone number - why? Then you'll get a phone call. If they leave a voicemail, expect to sit on hold when you call them back. Then they'll tell you it's on backorder and try to sell you a knock-off brand. Save time and pay a few extra dollars to go somewhere else because they don't really have your product anyway."
"Initially, I had experienced problems with order being out of stock and having to order a different product and then FED Ex had some problems. But after speaking to a senior manager, the issue is being fixed and for all the trouble he is giving me a free battery for my camera, at no charge. "
"Finally after a few days, emails and a phone call, I am getting a refund for my charger! Thanks for making this right."
"I googled a place buy camera battery and charger - tried estore - charger backordered but remedied with another plus upgraded battery at no extra charge - appreciate!"
"So, not only me after read many reviews. My order was BACKORDER ...too"
"After ordering a camera battery, I got a call from them saying the battery I ordered was out of stock (sound familiar?) but they would send me another battery of higher capacity for the same price, which they did. From the other reviews, this company does a lot of bait and switch. Though I'm satisfied with the battery I get a feeling of mistrust about the company and will be leery about buying from them again."
"I cant complain about the store or their service.
I had placed an online order on Sat. (the store was closed for the weekend.) and Monday morning I received a phone call my order was on a four week back order at that point I can say I was not very happy. Buy the end of the call that changed I was given a much better deal that would be shipped that same day.
I have added them to my favorites bar http://theestoreonline.com/ check them out your self."
"Bait and switch. Same thing happened to me that happened to everyone else but I recognize the scam and won't write a good review. They said the charger I ordered was back ordered then they charged me more for an off-brand charger that was supposedly "better". This is a terrible business practice and is a scam. They say the product is in stock but when you order they give you a cheaper and not as good substitute and charge you a higher price, so they can make money off you. Wow. Sad. "
"I also encountered a "bait and switch" scenario. I'm glad I didn't fall for their slimy scam because then I would have to deal with the hassle of returning the unwanted item...and hoping that they a non-slimy return policy.
Here's what happened: I was going to order a Canon 430ex ii (Flash) from Amazon for $250...but I decided to do a search on google and see if it was cheaper elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised when Theestoreonline.com offered the same item for about $224 with shipping. On the product page, it was clearly listed as "In Stock" and had an estimated shipping time of 1-2 days. Almost immediately after my order, someone from Theestoreonline.com left a message on my voicemail saying there was a problem with my order. When I got home, I called them up and asked them what the problem was.
The lady on the phone told me that the flash I ordered that was "In Stock" was in fact not in stock, and was "back ordered" for at least 4 weeks. Yeah right. I was immediately told that they would be willing to generously offer me an "much better" flash for a dramatic reduction in the listing price. I asked them where I could look at the specs of this flash they did have in stock...they told me to go to their website, and do a search for "Sigma EF-610s". I did...and sure enough a Sigma flash that the site claims retails for $499 is listed for $399...and they were willing to offer the flash to me for only $249! How generous! I was fooled for about 30 seconds...
Until a quick search for the same Sigma flash on google and amazon revealed prices ranging from $135 used to $225 new. Luckily, I was able to avoid the scam (though the lady said she already charged my card...and would have to reverse the charge which might take "a few days")...so now I have to make sure that the charge does in fact get removed from my statement...which wastes my time even more.
Also, I called BHPhoto and they told me even if the canon 430ex ii was backordered, they could get it from Canon in about 3-5 days. Obviously Theestoreonline.com did not want to sell this flash for $220...they wanted to sell me an old Sigma flash for more money than I would pay on Amazon...and they beefed up the price on their website to make it seem like a great deal. I will NEVER shop from these BS artists again...and I encourage you to avoid wasting your time ordering anything with them...because their "in stock" notices are baloney anyways...
I really think it should be illegal to say a product is "In Stock" when it's not. Sometimes I need items by a particular date...and wasting time thinking that an order was successful, only to find out days (or sometimes weeks) later that the order never even got shipped...it really screws my business sometimes! That's pretty much why I bite the bullet and buy from Amazon even though they are often a bit more expensive now (because at least they are honest about their stock and their shipping times). Small retailers won't survive if they aren't honest!"
"These guys rock!! I ordered two chargers for my Camera batteries. I revieved a phone cal from them letting me know that one was backordered but they had another they could let me have at a deep discount. They also said they could upgrade the other charger as well. I could both chargers to a upgraded model for same price. Now that is customer service. to go that extra mile to make that phone call. I will shop here all the time now. --Keller, TX"
" I ordered a camera battery from The E Store on Line. It was my first time ordering a product from this company. I was thrilled at how easy I was able to navigate the website, checkout, and shipping details. The entire process took only minutes and I had my receipt.
That evening, a gentleman called my home and let me know that the battery was on back order. He was so nice, and he helped me with another battery that he could ship immediately! Wow! To further amaze me and make the shopping experience awesome, the salesman (named Robert) gave me a discount for the inconvenience of the back order. He didn't have to do that since he found me another battery to be shipped immediately. That is true customer service, and I am one happy customer! Thanks Estore and Robert!"
"Great Customer service!!!"
"Do not purchase from Theestoreonline! They claim to have the cheapest advertised price online, but once you have placed your order, they call and tell you that the item is backordered, and if you will take a lesser quality brand for the same price. Customer service is no help...including the manager! Save yourself the hassel, don't purchase from them!"
