I was unable to connect with them due to the Christmas holiday (they closed early)... and after the Holiday I confirmed that they practice the typical "bait and switch" tactics. The charger was out of stock (they pushed an aftermarket replacement), and then attempted to push an after-market battery instead. I didn't want either... and after reading these reviews, realized that this is their standard practice with this company. SAD.

UPDATE:
After denying the telephone "bait & switch" request to sell aftermarket products for higher $$$'s, and asking them to cancel the order... they FRAUDULENTLY sent me the charger, and charged my AMEX $45.98 for an item I can find on Amazon for $14 DELIVERED. It's now NINE months later, and even after promising me they would reverse the charges... they have refused to actually do it. Sadly, they care so little about their reputation they won't even straighten out a simple problem that was caused by their own doing. I NEVER EVEN ORDERED the item they sent me and CHARGE ME FOR! "

Exhausted after repeatedly being told the OEM Nikon EN-EL11 batteries I ordered were on back order and to wait another 2 weeks, I Finally after 3 1/2 months gave in and took the offer to be sent generic replacement batteries.
No wonder they can offer these prices, They are selling off brand batteries and have no intention of shipping what you ordered. Typical Bait and Switch vendor. I will never waste my time and money on these con artists again. STAY AWAY..."
