"I see many have posted positive reviews for this product so I need to add my two cents. I have had nothing but problems from day one. We installed two large grids in our basement with a GFCI thermostat and it just trips it out. We did a wire trace found a slight, very slight defect in the wire, repaired it and it still trips it out. My next idea is to remove the GFCI therm and increase the circuit breaker with a GFCI on the breaker at a higher amp maybe 20 or 25. I checked with others having the same problem and they all had large grids. Customer service is good but the product I am not sold on."
