The website gives an offer and two options for sending in your device: Ship in your own box and have a prepaid label emailed to you, or have them send you a box with prepaid shipping.

I was able to easily print and tape on the label to my box. I was able to track the package and see that they picked it up within hours of arriving at their post office.

I received payment later that day in full on PayPal. What a great selling experience! Fast, easy to navigate the website and process, and quick communication and response. Will definitely do business again when it's time to get a new device/sell my old device. Thanks again!"

"5-29-2019 Update: Travis May from TheWhizCells contacted me directly and stated he was sending me a check for the full amount that was originally quoted. Travis was very nice, professional and seemed to be very customer oriented which was great to see. I have thus received the check and have mailed the phone to him in return. So as not to mislead anyone reading this note, here is Travis's email communication with me:

"My name is Travis. I am the owner of The Whiz Cells. I was actually who was helping you with getting the google lock off. When I circled back to your order I saw that it had been sent back because of a burned in image. That specific issue is one that gives us the most trouble. When we re-purpose the phone is devalues it significantly, yet the phone can physically and functionally good. It really puts us in a bad position because it is not uncommon for sellers to get upset about it. What I have done is processed your payment in full for the quoted amount of $65. You should see it late next week. The check will not go out until Monday. Thank you for giving us a chance and I hope you have a wonderful weekend."

Unfortunately, the rating system on their website does NOT match what the actually offer once receiving the phone. My phone was in very good condition but was only offered about 50% of what the website stated would be offered. I had read this from several other reviewers, but was hoping that since I was very fair with my own assessment I'd actually receive what their website presented. So, they shipped the phone back to me. Otherwise, communication with them was fine."
