"I sold my old iPhone 6 to WizCells. I received an email that they were not going to meet the quote because it was a Sprint cell phone. It was indeed a Verizon cellphone and I had 2 years of bills to prove it.
I immediately emailed them and they resolved the issue and issued the original quote price, but it leaves me to question how many people they have deceived with this practice.
They blamed the issue on their software. If they are having the phones checked by software that can not be trusted, why is there not another layer of double checking?"

“Nodbody ever gets stiffed. If a seller is unhappy with a requote they have the option to have the device returned at our expense. Furthermore, we had no issue with the phone working. The problem was an iCloud account on the phone, leaving it unusable to another user. ”
