"The above invoice number has little to do with my comments because every purchase I've made through the years wth T.D. has been an exemplification of what quality of service and products should be in business. The products they sell are not only exceptional, but their prices are very competitive-if not the best for their customers anywhere you'll find. Their shipping is very fast, accurate, and packaged well for delivery. T.D's customer service is, bar none, one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to contact: They're courteous, very responsive, not only in time getting back to you, but in resolving any issue with professionalism that's hard to find today... I'm writing this exceptional review because they've earned it. They've earned it with me time and again, and not only with a few purchases through the years, but with many. T.D has some of the best promotional ways to get their customers coming back, and should be a templet for the industry. They come up with clever ways to save you on shipping to savings with 5% discount certificates to reward their returning customers. They also include with many items free extras beyond company sales promotions. If I ran a business, I'd try and hijack some of their staff to come work for me! I've said enough, and as you can see they have my highest respect in all their ways of doing business. Do they walk on water? I don't know, but I would not bet against it."

Judging from their packing slip, they apparently received it on 10-17-08, and today, 10-21-08 I received my order, several days faster than expected.

"I recently conducted my first transaction with Thomas Distributing. They were fast and efficient, while also providing functional little extras like battery cases in addition to incentive to make a future purchase by way a 5% discount coupon.

While the service provided was outstanding, the product might even surpass this. I purchased a Maha MHC801D battery charger and a set of Maha PowerEx 2700 mAh and Sanyo Eneloop Ni-MH batteries. While I’m still conditioning the PowerEx units, the Eneloops units worked as advertised – straight out of the packaging – providing immediate power to a flash.

I recommend Thomas Distributing highly and I look forward to dealing with them again!

"I have dealt with Thomas Distributing several times, and each time I've been impressed by the products, the prices, and the service. Ordering was easy and quick, delivery was fast, customer service is responsive, and the selection of quality products is very good.

Their MAHA/Powerex lines of chargers and batteries have been the best performing of all the types and brands I have owned and tried over many years, bar none. Their NiMH batteries outlast all but the best alkalines in my electronics, camera and R/C toys, and I've been impressed at how long they hold a charge.

"I love these folks. Since I am a commercial photographer and have need of regular batteries as well as more hard to find types, I have used them over the past few years for my battery needs. Thomas Distributing always has what I need at a great price with unparalleled customer service.
My most recent order included some free rechargeable batteries. One of the sets was defective and this morning I wrote to let them know so they would be aware of the problem. I did not need replacements but, within 30 minutes, I got a response from Eugene at customer service that they were shipping replacements free of charge. THAT is good customer service. "I ordered a La Crosse BC-900 charger from this company. It was shipped the same day and I received it two days later via FedEx Ground. They appear to be determined to only sell the latest version of the charger, as some older versions had overheating issues.

I didn't notice that the listing also included some batteries, a case and some other goodies. The charger works incredibly well, although the included batteries don't seem great (rated at 2600mah and I got a max of 2500mah out of the set after a weekend of refreshing.)

Since the charger is a little slow when refreshing high capacity NiMH batteries, I ordered a second charger which was also delivered very quickly. They're both purring away nicely charging set after set of Sanyo Eneloop batteries.

I would highly recommend both Thomas Distributing and the BC-900 charger to anyone."

I had 2 weddings to photograph on the weekend and the batteries arrived the next day, with enough time to charge them up and use them at the wedding on Sat.
