"I purchased on 12/12/2007 from Thomas Distributing a Maha MH-C9000 charger and eight Powerex 2700 mah AA batteries. I knew they would be great, and they are.

However, I also ordered a CR1616 lithium button battery, and that deserves a special compliment. I have an older graphing calculator that uses either a CR1616 or CR1620 as a backup for stored information (which I have a lot of), and awhile back, I had to remove the original which came in the calculator because it was getting too old and cruddy looking. However, this also meant that I had to find a replacement before I took out the main AAA batteries for any reason. Not one brick-and-mortar store in St. Louis I went to had either one, (not even a store with "Batteries" in its name).

When I was punching up my order for the charger and the rechargeables, I figured I would give Thomas Distributing a try. And wouldn't you know it, you did have the 1616 (but not the 1620, incidentally). What's better is that it was only 69 cents -- relatively similar button batteries costs $3-5 in the brick and mortar stores around here."

"I ordered some batteries and extra cases for our cameras. When we received the package from FedEx, it was damaged, but we did not expect the battery cases to be broken as they are pretty sturdy. One was broken, so I emailed Thomas Distributing and Kayla said she would send me a replacement. We didn't need one at the present and I told her this was only for her information, but she said when we send another order to them, make a note on the order and it will be replaced. If every company had service like this, no one would have to worry about ordering anything online as all problems would be taken care of. Thanks Kayla, help like yours is always appreciated."
