"*Excellent* service from Thomas Distributing. In my original order, I purchased two different brands of battery chargers as I wanted to be able to do a hands on comparison. Prior to my purchase I confirmed that I was pretty certain that I'd be returning one of my items, making sure Thomas knew it would be in opened, used, possibly un-resaleable condition due to necessary damage to the packaging.

After doing my hands-on comparison, I again called to ensure a return would be no problem; it wasn't. I also wanted to order a 2nd unit of the model I decided to keep, and this would wind up causing a credit to be issued to my charge card.

Again, I was reassured there would be no problem at all.

I sent back the unwanted item along with a letter explaining what I wanted done, the package was delivered to Thomas on Tuesday and the new item was delivered to my home on Friday.

There was great communication, absolutely NO hassle whatsoever, and incredibly prompt service.

These guys are terrific and have immediately moved to the top of my list for anything electronic or (especially) battery related that I'll need in the future.

"Ordered a LaCrosse bc900 charger with 2 sets of eneloop AA batteries and 2 battery cases. The charger, included batteries, and eneloop batteries are all great. I was informed same day that the charger was out of stock for 4 days which was not a problem. Update (Jul 28th): Thanks to Thomas Distributing for answering. It is sad that the wrongdoing of some Brazilians led the store to cancel shippping to Brazil.
However, there is a page that still shows Brazil as one of the countries the store ships to, and it was based on that information that I decided to buy merchandise from them here in Brazil, and not in the US, where I was living until the end of June.

"Showed item is in stock even when it was not. Although I was informed about this the day the order was submitted, subsequent questions were ignored, without answer. Shipped item 10 days late without contacting me if I want a shipping upgrade. When I called to upgrade shipping, I was lied to that the order had already been shipped, while it had only been billed (meaning that the label had been printed). The phone customer service was prompt, although unhelpful. The web site is unimpressive. Overall, far from the 9.80+ mark. I would say this is 8.50-9 company."
