"I ordered a Bluetooth mouse and a USB microphone from the Seller on 01/19/2008. The order was placed through the Seller's website which advertises shipping as "Super Fast 2 Day Priority Shipping". I received an order confirmation through email. A week then passed and I had not heard anything from the Seller or been delivered any product. I attempted to get a status update of my order from the Seller 3 times. The Seller did not reply to a single email. It was not until I initiated a dispute through PayPal for non-receipt of goods that I received a reply from the Seller asking if a silver mouse could be substituted for the black one that had been ordered. I replied to the email and waited some more. Eventually, I received the product, as described, and in good condition. The quality of the products were top notch. The quality of the Seller's communication is absolutely horrible. It is a poor business practice to sit silently on an order that cannot be fulfilled as ordered until a customer attempts to cancel the transaction and THEN reply. It would have been much more professional to keep the customer updated at all times, regardless of inability to fulfill the order. In the LEAST, the Seller should have asked me if the substitution was okay and then fulfilled the order instead of waiting in silence for as long as Seller did and THEN asking once the transaction was in jeopardy of not being completed."
