"My order was for a Razr V3 Silver just to get back to the feel of my first cellphone. And the price was right. Due to the timing of my order, shipment was delayed because of the Jewish High Holy Days. I received a personal phone call advising me of this and that the order would be shipped via 2day express mail. On Thursday, 9/16, I received a series of emails stating that due to an unusually large number of orders, mine could not be fulfilled. Thrifty Computer offered me another cellphone of same value, or a credit on any other electronic devise that they sell, or a refund. For purely personal reasons, I chose a refund. The concern for me,the client, was most sincere. Their cordial and ethical behavior cannot be matched. I will call on them, first, when I am shopping for something in their product line.

1) Ordered RAZr
2) RAZR arrived
3) RAZR worked for five minutes then started blinking out
4) Contacted support, shipped it back (at my expense)
5) Second RAZR arrived
6) Same exact problem.
7) Contacted support again, upset. Owner personally emailed me guaranteeing reimbursement, and sending prepaid shipping label.

Edit: Unfortunately I got 2 defective phones from thrifty computer. However, due to some awesome customer service, they not only refunded me the price of the phone but also shipped me a free headset for my troubles. Disappointed that the phone didn't work out, but KUDOS on A+ customer service."
