"My husband wanted to surprise me with last minute tickets to a concert in Virginia Beach for our anniversary. The headliner for our event was scheduled to go on at 9pm so we were looking for last minute deals on various sites. All other ticket brokers (Stubhub, Gametime, Seatgeek, etc) cut off ticket sales before 8:30pm. This should have been the first red flag. Nonetheless, shortly before 9pm, we decided to purchase tickets on TickPick for over $800 as a last resort, with the expectation that they would be delivered in 5-10 minutes and we could enjoy the show. It ended up being a complete disaster. The tickets were not delivered until over halfway into the headlining set and customer service was not helpful. We were told that TickPick allows a lengthy grace period for sellers to deliver the tickets (even after the event has begun), and that we would not be eligible for a refund or even a credit. None of this was stated at the time of purchase (otherwise we would not have bought them). We are now out over $800 despite missing 75% of the concert due to TickPick's slow delivery and lack of caring about their customer service and buyers. If you are planning on using a ticket broker, use a competitor that is responsible so you don't waste your money on a disaster experience. This was our first and last time using TickPick."

Called finally at 8 pm. Said they emailed that seller could not deliver tickets.
Never received the email. Customer service rude and gave me a 25$ credit

"Went to buy hockey tix and clicked on parking thinking Iwas adding parking to 4 tickets. Nope I bought 4 parking spots instead. Call customer service and I can try to resell them with a $10 per spot charge to do so. Hopefully someone else falls for the same scam I did..."
"Tick Pick is not a good website, nor do they care about their customers. Tick Pick advertised that Lindsey Stirling would be at Love Loud in Austin TX on 10 November 2023. When I searched Lindsey Stirling on the Tick Pick app, that was under Lindsey Stirling’s “upcoming concerts”. Seeing Lindsey Stirling was the entire reason we purchased tickets to the concert. When we contacted Tick Pick to ask for our money to be refunded (because of this false advertising) they said that "the order is not eligible for a refund as the event was not canceled, and partial performances are beyond our control". However when calling the Long Center for The Performing Arts (where the concert was) the center said that Lindsey Stirling was NEVER on the roster for the event. Therefore, tick pick falsely advertised an artist was going to be at an event that she was never scheduled for. Do not use Tick Pick."

"I have purchased many tickets over the years and all have gone through without issue. This one for the Taylor Swift concert was coming down to the wire for delivery so I reached out to the team who assured me that the tickets were real and guaranteed. The day before the concert, the company who was to deliver the tickets could not get those so they offered me better ones at the same price. They made good on their commitment and communicated it well through the process. I appreciated very much how well it was all handled. I like that there are no hidden fees too when buying the tickets. Yes they make money, as they should as a service provider, but that is all up front so when purchasing you know what you are paying. My first go to place for tickets now. "

As a marketplace, we can only issue a refund if the event itself had canceled or if the seller provided invalid tickets for entry. Your seller provided tickets for the LoveLoud Festival and the festival took place, so we have no eligible refund options in this situation. We do not advertise for specific details of the events, and the general name of the event (LoveLoud) is what you clicked on to pick tickets from.
It appears that artist is playing in the festival for some cities but not all. We would urge you to review the event next time and make sure the artists you want to see will be playing at the event of your choosing before purchasing the tickets. This event is not listed under Lindsey Stirling, but under LoveLoud Festival, so we have not falsely listed her to this event, and I do apologize for any confusion. ”
