TickPick uses TicketMaster as their daddy company. It requires two emails from 2 different companies, and you ultimately end up with your tickets stored in TicketMasters site. There was an incredibly long delay between the time the email was confirmed and the time that the tickets were available in my TicketMaster account. While waiting, I tried both TickPick and TicketMaster Customer Support numbers and neither one ever got me to a live representative. Quite an annoying experience. "

There was no way we could enjoy ourselves up there- it was so steep! We bought new tickets during the opening act that were half the price of our originals and a wayyy better spot. "Purchase, transfer of tickets was smooth. The only problem we had was actually getting in to the football game we had traveled to, bought hotel for & purchased a parking pass for (from Stubhub - which worked btw). Customer service was no help. We still have not been reimbursed for anything. I had the tix on my phone. When I scanned them I was told those tix had already been scanned. A second, senior worker came over with a Mobil scanner - same thing. I’ve used Stubhub, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, you name it. I’ve never had a problem. This was my first experience with TickPick. "After booking a trip to Las Vegas I realised The Killers were playing at Caesars Palace whilst out there. I checked Ticketmaster but they were showing as sold out. I then tried many secondary sites, but all on them apart from TickPick needed you to sign up to see the additional fees. TickPick give you the total up front price so you can make your decision on buying quickly. When I purchased from them the tickets were transferred with minutes and there was no issue getting into the concert. Highly recommended site for those sold out once in a lifetime events. "

"I've been to games at two other Atlanta ballparks (Fulton County & Turner Field) but this was my first game at Truist. (I've been to 29 of the current 30 MLB ballparks.) The stadium and surrounding area were terrific. Great atmosphere; lots of non-baseball fun things to do (zip-line; rock climb; "chop-a-mole") for kids. Braves staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Only down-side - my Phillies lost the game!"
