"Bought tickets in April, went back and forth with the support team as we had trouble accessing our tickets. The seller had “proof” that they had been accepted. The email was not affiliated with us. We spent nearly $400 and didn’t get a refund or any sort of solution, and didn’t get to attend the event. Even submitted a claim with my bank. Buyers beware, sellers list on multiple websites and if they have proof that tickets have been “accepted” there’s nothing you can do. "
